Attempted stabbing on bridge in Trogir, suspect arrested in Privlaka

Police reported that a 47-year-old man from Trogir was seriously injured with a knife on the Čiovo bridge on the night of 9 October, with a 62-year-old German national, previously unknown to the victim, suspected in the attack; the suspect was arrested in Privlaka near Zadar and remanded in custody by an investigating judge.

Daily overview of waste and landfill fires and removal of explosive ordnance in the Federation of BiH

The Federal Civil Protection Administration reports several smaller fires at landfills, waste sites and buildings across multiple cantons of the Federation of BiH on October 10-11, some of which were extinguished. It also notes that explosive ordnance removal teams removed and destroyed 273 mines/explosive devices and 554 rounds of ammunition between October 2 and 9 across several municipalities and towns.

31st anniversary of the deaths of eight police officers at Treskavica marked at Godinjska brda in Trnovo

At Godinjska brda in Trnovo municipality, the 31st anniversary was marked of eight police officers killed on 11 October 1995 at Treskavica during the final days of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The commemoration, including a wreath-laying and a religious rite, was attended by relatives, fellow fighters, veterans' organisation representatives and Hadžići municipal and cantonal officials.

Police in Trnovo seize vehicle from driver with 17,000 KM in unpaid fines

Police from Hadžići and Trnovo stopped a vehicle in Veliko Polje, Trnovo municipality, driven by N.S. from Ilijaš, finding he was driving without a licence and owed 17,030 KM in unpaid fines; the car was temporarily seized and a misdemeanour case will be filed with the Sarajevo Municipal Court.

Reconstruction begins on Federal Police Administration buildings in Semizovac

Reconstruction work has officially begun on four buildings at the "Enver Šehović" barracks in Semizovac intended for the Federal Police Administration, with 4,404,408 KM allocated including VAT.
