A road accident occurred at the Rostovo pass in which a vehicle reportedly left the road, and bystanders pulled the injured from the car, with football referee Armin Kukić from Bugojno among those who helped before officiating the Čelik - Sarajevo match in Zenica hours later; the extent of injuries was not known.

Yellow weather alert in Bosnia for heavy rain in Livno, Mostar, Banja Luka and Trebinje

The Federal Hydrometeorological Institute forecast mostly cloudy weather with rain and local showers, occasionally with thunder, heaviest in Herzegovina and western/southwestern areas, prompting a yellow alert for Livno, Mostar, Banja Luka and Trebinje. New reports add that gradual clearing from the northwest is expected the next day while cloudy weather with intermittent rain persists centrally, eastward and in Herzegovina, with strong to gale-force bura winds forecast in the south.

Komšić approves 12,636 KM from budget reserve for lift repair in Sarajevo building

BiH Presidency member Željko Komšić issued a decision allocating 12,636 KM from the institutions' budget reserve to resident Anđelka Nikolić for lift repairs in a residential building at Azize Šaćirbegović 16 in Sarajevo, where media report he himself lives. His office explained the funds were approved based on a request citing a disabled household member and other residents with reduced mobility in the building.

Around 1,640 pieces of small arms, light weapons, parts and components, collected through police activities and voluntary surrender by citizens, were destroyed at the Pobjeda foundry in Turbe near Travnik. A monitoring station has been installed at the PPK Velebit illegal waste site in Gospić to track PM2.5, PM10 and metal concentrations in the air during the site's remediation, according to Lika-Senj County. The station was set up at the City of Gospić's request by experts from the Split-Dalmatia County Institute of Public Health, with the county and the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund also involved.
