Analysis of Bosnia's general election results presented at a Krug 99 session in Sarajevo

At a Krug 99 session in Sarajevo, professor Adnan Mašić presented an analysis of preliminary Bosnian general election results, citing an around 20% drop in turnout in the Federation compared to 2022 and naming SDA, SNSD and HDZ as the winners. He also warned about misuse of the vital national interest mechanism to block the formation of government, citing Una-Sana Canton and a similar announcement for Sarajevo Canton.

Parliamentary election candidate speaks in Leskovac and Prokuplje about infrastructure and announced worker layoffs

Narodna stranka leader and "Alternativa za Srbiju" candidate Vladimir Gajić said in Leskovac and Prokuplje, ahead of the 25 October parliamentary elections, that residents are concerned about announced layoffs at foreign-owned factories and that water and sewage infrastructure needs urgent investment. He also said the state should subsidise domestic farmers and small businesses, and mentioned the importance of the main road toward Prokuplje and Kuršumlija.
