Heating season in Zenica starts on 15 October, utility procures gas without a public tender

Toplana Zenica director Haris Polutan confirmed the district heating system has been filled with water and the first boiler will be lit, with the heating season for around 12,000 customers expected to start on time, while utility JP Grijanje launched an 8.5-million-KM negotiated gas procurement without a public tender because Toplana Zenica's accounts are blocked and it is in pre-bankruptcy proceedings.

At a World Mental Health Day event in Banja Luka, Republika Srpska's health minister Alen Šeranić said depression and anxiety are the most common conditions among adults and behavioural disorders among children, noting 27 active mental health centres in the entity.
